Fun with Grandma

So my mom has been here since late Thursday night helping out.  Today it was warm enough for all of us to go to the park - sunglasses included.  It's so great to have help out these first few weeks.  That fatigue just creeps up on you and it's been really helpful to have another pair of hands.  How do people do this on their own?!
