We had a great trip! Lots of funny stories, but hopefully the pictures will give you a good glimpse of how it went. He did AWESOME on the plane ride out there and not too bad on the ride back. He was pretty tired when were flying back so there was more crying, but I still wouldn't call it bad.
My friend, Trista, has lots of friends out there who let me borrow the needed baby equipment - which made everything A LOT smoother. I've posted another video just before this post, so keep scrolling down when you're finished with the pictures.

Sand feels funny . . .
He tried napping in my arms,it was minimally successful.
Napping went better when Trista and Robyn took him for a walk.
Then we made a make-shift tent for him to nap in the shade. He slept probably for a good 30-45 minutes like that!

We went to a local strawberry patch where you can pick your own strawberries. Again, he was pretty tired. I was hoping the homemade strawberry ice cream would pep him up:
