Can we say teething?!

Poor kiddo!  He finally let me get a look at his top teeth yesterday and he has THREE coming in on top!  I got some Oragel to put on his gums, but the pediatrician says that's not recommended any more because it can have some bad side-effects.  So we did some Tylenol today but I don't know if that made any difference.  He's been pretty fussy and I would be too!  Today I got another look at the bottom and I thought I saw a fourth coming in down there.  I sincerely hope that's not true just for his sake.  It's all or nothing with this kiddo!  I guess he's just getting them ready for his birthday cake!
